Restaurant General Manager

GM Responsibilities:

• Responsible for staffing and leading the Team to deliver a phenomenal guest experience and grow the business.
• The Go-To individual on the team because you know every station and are a natural problem solver.
• Obsessed with product quality and food safety procedures
• Strong and decisive communicator who gains alignment with all stakeholders

GM Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years in a restaurant leadership capacity with at least one year of GM experience
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Ability to speak and understand Spanish
• Strong catering background and knowledge
