Location: Grand Junction, CO 
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Dates: ASAP – May 21, 2027
Pay: $42+/hour (based on experience and education)

About the Opportunity

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join a supportive school district in Grand Junction, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position will be split between two elementary schools, providing evaluation and special education support to students while collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations.
Interpret assessment results and prepare written reports.
Participate in IEP, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
Provide recommendations and interventions to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal special education guidelines.

Qualifications
Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
Active Colorado School Psychologist certification/licensure or ability to obtain.
Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.
Previous school-based experience preferred.

37.5 hours per week
Start date: ASAP
End date: May 21, 2027
Assigned to two elementary schools
Approximately 120 students with IEPs
Approximately 40 reevaluations
Supportive and collaborative school environment
