Make an impact as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst supporting K-12 students across an engaging and collaborative school environment. In this full-time contract position, you’ll work across multiple campuses, providing valuable expertise and guidance to empower staff and enrich behavioral and autism programs. Your focus will be on building capacity—rather than maintaining a direct caseload—making this a dynamic and facilitative opportunity suited to those passionate about coaching and systems-level change.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Active BCBA certification and a current Colorado license
  • Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credential in hand
  • Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing/overseeing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Ability to supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Comfort working with both behavior and autism programs
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse educational teams
  • Commitment to providing onsite, in-person support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and collaborate across multiple school sites, K-12
  • Support district staff in managing and enhancing behavior and autism programs
  • Provide expert consultation on behavioral strategies, interventions, and best practices
  • Conduct FBAs and ensure quality, individualized BIPs
  • Supervise and guide two RBTs to ensure effective intervention implementation
  • Deliver hands-on coaching, training, and professional development to school personnel

You’ll find this unique role to be a rewarding step in your BCBA career, offering the opportunity to create positive change for both students and educators in a vibrant educational setting. Ready for a full-time, onsite position with a forward-thinking school community? Use your expertise to make a lasting difference—apply today!

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.00 to $58.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
