Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Full Time | Wyoming, DE (Onsite)

We’re seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a rewarding, school-based role working with students who benefit from structured behavioral support.

⏰ Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

Ages 2–22

Students with severe disabilities and autism

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
Participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation
Collaborate on IEP goals related to behavior
Support data collection and progress monitoring
Provide guidance and behavioral support to staff and students

Requirements:

Active Delaware BCBA licensure/certification (required)
Must provide proof of active certification at submission
School-based experience preferred
