Special Education Teacher - Litchfield Park, AZ

This assignment runs through May 20, 2027, with a consistent schedule from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, offering 40 hours per week. Each teacher will manage a manageable caseload of 25-30 students, collaborating with educational staff to foster a supportive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure for Special Education
• Active IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Experience with elementary resource classrooms and/or special education preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to creating inclusive learning environments

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct resource instruction and support tailored to students’ needs
• Work alongside general education teachers and support staff
• Foster positive relationships with students and families
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and compliance
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and school activities as needed
