Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Contract-to-Hire

Utility Services Client | Mostly Remote
$20.20/hour
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Join the UTILITY Customer Service team and play a vital role in supporting residents with utility services, billing inquiries, payments, and service requests. What You'll Do:
✔ Handle high-volume inbound customer calls

✔ Assist customers with utility account inquiries, billing questions, payments, and service requests

✔ Process orders and perform billing calculations

✔ Dispatch solid waste collection services when needed

✔ Navigate multiple systems and resources simultaneously

✔ Research and resolve customer concerns independently

✔ Utilize knowledge bases, documentation, and training materials to provide accurate information

✔ Maintain service quality standards and achieve key performance metrics (KPIs)

What We're Looking For:

✔ Strong customer service and de-escalation skills

✔ Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred

✔ Ability to work independently and learn complex processes

✔ Strong computer and multitasking skills

✔ Attention to detail and accountability

✔ Ability to navigate multiple systems and resources efficiently

✔ Reliable internet connection and dedicated distraction-free workspace

✔ Reliable transportation for occasional onsite requirements
