Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Alabama School Psychologist or Psychometrist Certification required
• Demonstrated understanding of Alabama regulations regarding Special Education Evaluations
• Strong collaborative skills to partner effectively with faculty, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Dependability and commitment to professional excellence
• Previous experience in school settings is highly valued

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct educational assessments, new referrals, and re-evaluations in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate closely with school staff to design and implement student-centered interventions and supports
• Complete required documentation for eligibility meetings and ongoing student services
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and school teams to ensure optimal learning outcomes
