Qualifications & Experience:

• Must be highly qualified via one of the following:
  • Successfully pass the Minnesota Board Highly Qualified Paraprofessional Exam (MN Para Educator Exam).
  • Hold at least 60 college credits (official transcripts required; diplomas or degrees do not fulfill requirements).
• Experience working with students in K-12 settings preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in educational support.
• Ability to manage various student needs in a Setting 4 program.
• Resume and documentation of highly qualified status are required for consideration.
