We are looking for an experienced Managing Director to lead branch operations and strengthen team performance. This role calls for a steady, people-focused leader who can guide daily execution, support employee growth, and maintain a high standard of client service. The ideal candidate brings sound operational judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively in a fast-moving banking environment.
Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day branch activities to ensure smooth operations, consistent service delivery, and alignment with business objectives.
• Coach, develop, and inspire employees by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and supporting ongoing growth.
• Build a service-oriented culture that strengthens customer relationships and addresses concerns in a timely, solutions-focused manner.
• Monitor team performance, identify operational or service gaps, and implement practical improvement plans to raise results.
• Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and organizational leadership to keep priorities clear and operations running efficiently.
• Respond calmly to changing business demands, customer escalations, and high-pressure situations while maintaining a consistent approach.
• Support business growth by encouraging strong branch performance, community presence, and relationship development.
• Ensure branch practices follow company standards, regulatory expectations, and internal operational procedures.• At least 3 years of leadership experience in banking, retail financial services, or a comparable customer-facing operational setting.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, improving employee performance, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to make sound decisions, solve problems proactively, and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proven commitment to customer service excellence and effective resolution of client concerns.
• Resilience and adaptability when handling pressure, shifting business conditions, and challenging interpersonal situations.
• Experience supporting business development efforts and driving branch or market growth is preferred.
