Pay Range: $22-$30/hour

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to support students in a Westminster, VT school district for the upcoming school year. These full-time opportunities provide meaningful support to students through individualized assistance, classroom support, and collaboration with school teams.

Available Positions:

1:1 Paraprofessional – 1st Grade Student
1:1 Paraprofessional – 7th Grade Student
High School Paraprofessional – Small Group Support

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized 1:1 support to students based on their unique academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
Assist teachers and special education staff with classroom activities and student support
Support small-group instruction and learning activities
Help implement student support plans and classroom strategies
Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers

Qualifications:

Prior school-based paraprofessional experience highly preferred
Experience supporting students with disabilities preferred
Strong communication, patience, and adaptability
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a school team
