School Psychologist Job in South Carolina - Full or Part-Time K-8 Contract

Job Details & Requirements

• Location: South Carolina (K-8 School District)

• Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible hours available)

• Grade Levels: Kindergarten through 8th Grade (K-8)

• Caseload: Approx. 60 students total (~10 evaluations this year)

• Dates: ASAP – May 21, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations for K-8 students.

• Provide direct student support, behavioral interventions, and counseling services.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and IEP teams to develop effective special education strategies.

• Maintain accurate compliance records in accordance with South Carolina special education guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's, Ed.S., or Ph.D. in School Psychology.

• Active South Carolina Department of Education School Psychologist certification (or eligibility for SC licensure).

• Previous school-based experience working with elementary and middle school students.
