We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team on 2nd shift. In this role, you'll help pick, pack, and prepare parts for shipment in a fast-paced distribution center. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift

Pay: $17.00/hour

Overtime: Mandatory overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Use RF scanners to accurately locate and track inventory
• Sort products and place them on designated pallets for shipment
• Load and unload freight, including semi-trailers
• Safely move materials ranging from small boxes to larger machine parts
• Work around forklifts and material handling equipment in a busy warehouse environment
• Verify picks, labels, and destinations to ensure order accuracy
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality standards
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including inventory and packaging tasks

What We're Looking For

• 3+ months of warehouse, distribution, or general labor experience preferred
• Experience with order picking, packing, shipping, or receiving
• Comfortable using RF scanners or similar handheld technology
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime when needed
• Comfortable working around forklifts and warehouse equipment

Bonus Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience
• Experience loading and unloading trucks
• Inventory control or distribution center experience
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF technology

Forklift experience is not required. Training and certification opportunities are available for the right candidate.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
