You will care for patients with complex conditions such as sepsis, respiratory distress, heart failure, and renal failure, using electronic medical record (EMR) systems. You must have an active Kansas or compact Registered Nurse (RN) license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 1-2 years of recent intensive care unit experience. Proficiency with EMR systems is required. Recommended experience includes strong critical thinking, adaptability in high-acuity environments, and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
