About who needs care: Diagnosed with dementia a year ago. No other illness. She needs companionship. She loves art, puzzles, talking. She is considered level 5. She has short and long term memory loss. She needs to exercise but forgets. She also forgets to eat. About the care needs: Patient person, someone who enjoys arts and crafts. Someone sweet. Female only. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
