Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: He will need help during the day. My brother will live with him and will be able to care for him in the evenings. He has memory problems and hearing difficulty and resides in a wheel chair. About the care needs: He will need reminded to take his medications and eat his meals. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
