Companion Care Needed

About the care needs: Father-in-law has difficulty ambulating to the bathroom and is a very serious fall risk. He need help with standing, balance. Set up. Breathing treatment, putting meals on the table, possibility clean after going to bathroom and changing brief. We need help two days a week and possibility 4 hrs another day. 730-8 till 415. He attempts to help, not lazy. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
