Companion Care Needed - Now Hiring

I'm looking for help with my aunt when she gets home from dialysis. She is nice and fun but just gets weak and wobbly afterwards. She uses a walker but could use someone assisting her in and out of the house etc. Responsibilities include light meal preparation (soup sandwich, warm up meals), light house keeping, companionship, reminders to take medications that will be preset. We may need as a back up in case transportation doesn't come for dialysis which is just in Victor.
