Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for mainly afternoon or overnight help. She is working on tummy time right now. She is eating about every 2-3 hours and is most comfortable being held, but we are working on sleeping in her crib. Nighttime routine - she eats around 5, takes a bath around 6pm, eats a little more, then gets in her PJs and is in a dark room until she falls asleep, then we transfer her to her crib, she wakes up every 2-3 hours to eat.
