Nanny Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Im expecting and due beginning of November. Id be going back to work in February. Had my mom lined up to watch our baby girl 6 days a month but with some recent health issues I want another option/backup. My husband and I work 12 hours 6am-6 p.m. and 6pm-6 a.m. Those 6 dates are when our schedules overlap. So if Im on days, he's coming in on nights. I cant be up all day for work and all night with a little one and same for him after working nights he needs to sleep on days. A nanny or daycare over night is ideal, but need during morning and daytime also. ***Must be available to work during week and weekends, some days and nights***
