Babysitter Needed for my Children

I am a recently widowed mother preparing to return to work in a leadership role and am looking for a caring, dependable nanny to help support my 7-year-old child and our family during this transition. The primary need is for late afternoon and early evening coverage on weekdays, which may include school pickup, helping with homework, preparing simple meals or snacks, and keeping my child engaged until I return home from work. I am also interested in occasional weekend support and would love to find someone who may be available for additional hours when work travel, occasionally. I am flexible on the schedule and open to discussing a setup that works well for both of us.
