Northwest Hospital is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)to join ourCritical Care ICU/IMC teamin Randallstown, Maryland.

• Participate in rapid clinical decision-making

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Graduate of an accreditedNurse Practitioner (NP)orPhysician Assistant (PA)program
\n
• Master's degree required
\n
• Minimum 3-5 years of critical care, ICU, or hospital-based experience preferred
\n
• Maryland NP or PA License (active and in good standing)
\n
• Advanced Practice approval (if applicable)
\n
• NCCPAcertification (forPAs)
\n
• National NP Board Certification (for NPs)
\n
• ACLS and BLS certification
\n
• Maryland CDS License
\n

Preferred Experience

\n
• ICU or Intermediate Care (IMC) experience
\n
• Ventilator management
\n
• High-acuity inpatient medicine
\n
• Rapid response / code team participation
\n
