Bel Rae Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Culinary Assistant/Server to join our growing team!
At Bel Rae Senior Living, we're redefining senior living in St. Paul, MN. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous, apartment-style community, providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today!
Shifts Available: 10:30 am-6:30 pm, full-time
Wage: $17.50-$22.50 per hour

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident/resident well-being.
Duties Include:
- Set up room trays and tables in the dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
- Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
- Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
- Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
- Soak, scrub, scrape , and wash soiled dishes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
- Must possess advanced computer skills.
