• Greet customers and help them feel welcome.
• Take food and drink orders and make sure they are correct.
• Explain menu items and answer customers’ questions.
• Serve food and drinks and check on customers during their meal.
• Take care of customer requests and fix problems when needed.
• Handle cash and credit card payments.
• Keep tables and the dining area clean and organized.
• Work with the kitchen and other servers to keep service running smoothly.
• Follow food safety and cleaning rules.
• Give friendly and good service to every customer.
