CERTIFIED PLUMBER

About the Position

Our client is seeking a Certified Master Plumber to join their growing field operations team. This is a hands-on position focused on plumbing installations, drainage systems, French drains, stormwater management, and related construction projects throughout the Greater New Orleans area.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Master Plumber certification, strong field experience, and the ability to lead plumbing work while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards. This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings

• Oversee and perform drainage system installations, including French drains and stormwater management systems

• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project requirements

• Ensure all plumbing work complies with applicable codes and regulations

• Coordinate with project managers, field personnel, and subcontractors as needed

• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and develop effective solutions

• Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

• Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and clients

• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• Current Master Plumber License/Certification

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience preferred

• Experience with drainage systems, underground utilities, and related field work preferred

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
