Key Responsibilities

In‑Home Support (Teaching the consumer):
- Light cleaning and household upkeep
- Laundry and basic home organization
- Meal preparation and cooking
Community Support:
- Accompanying client to activities and outings
- Supporting participation in community events
Transportation & Errands (assisting/teaching the consumer):
- Grocery shopping
- Doctor appointments
- Bank visits, post office runs, and other essential errands
Care Plan Implementation:
- Follow outcomes and goals outlined in the client’s personal plan
- Communicate progress or concerns with the client’s support team
