Remote Insurance Sales – Team Lead- Entry Level - Now Hiring

Key responsibilities

1. Sell life insurance remotely. Contact warm leads by phone and video, assess each client's coverage needs, present suitable policies and close sales against monthly production targets.

2. Lead and coach a small agent team. Run daily check-ins and weekly one-on-ones, shadow calls, give feedback and help 2–5 new agents reach their first-90-day sales goals.

3. Manage the pipeline and CRM. Log every contact, follow-up and application in the CRM, and keep your own and your team's pipeline accurate and current.

4. Guide clients through underwriting. Complete applications, coordinate medical exams and paperwork with carriers, and keep clients informed until each policy is issued and delivered.

5. Uphold compliance and report results. Follow state insurance regulations and carrier guidelines, review team activity for compliance, and report weekly sales metrics to the Regional Sales Manager.
