OVERVIEW & PURPOSEThe Order Processing Team Leader is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and managing the Order Processing function within MOM. This position involves guiding the OP team in processing cover sheets, keying hardware orders in EA, and working with the sales team and other administrative departments to ensure compliance is maintained within our organizational policies. The primary purpose of the OP Team Lead is to streamline and optimize OP workflows, mitigate risks, and contribute to the overall success of the organization by fostering effective communication and collaboration between the MOM internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.  This role requires a combination of analytical, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive efficiency and excellence within the contracts department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Process coversheets and key EA orders for all assigned orders.Review daily “on hold” orders and follow-up as needed.Monitor team output, checking for accuracy for both front end and back end of OP workflows.Complete cover sheet and EA 2nd check process in absence of OP Manager.Keep sales orders inbox updated as needed.Respond to all inquiries sent to personal email and personal Team chat in a timely manner.Be the “key” person for all special pricing orders – i.e. NASPO, Sourcewell and provide guidance and support to other team members as they process these orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with the established nuances of the special pricing program.Able to perform all functions of Order Processing Coordinator Position.Ensure new hires have required training and knowledge for the OP coordinator position.Work with the Dept Manager to improve efficiency and sustainability.Provide regular feedback to the Department manager on team performance.COMPETENCIESProficient in Microsoft products i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint Excellent communication skills

This is a full-time position.
