We have experience helping a diverse client base in warehousing services, transportation management, supply chain management, order fulfillment and labor needs.SummaryEquipment Operator supports warehouse operations by efficiently moving, picking, and storing products using powered industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a cherry picker and using an RF scanner to manage inventory. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.Roles and Responsibilities

- Operate powered industrial equipment, primarily cherry pickers, in a safe and efficient mannerPick products from racking systems and transport them to the dock for shipmentPut away inbound product by moving items from the dock to designated storage locationsAccurately scan, pick, and put away items using an RF gun or handheld scannerFollow warehouse layout plans to ensure efficient product handling and inventory trackingPerform daily equipment safety checks and report any maintenance issuesMaintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards.Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks as needed.Adhere to all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and MSDS standards
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.Experience operating a cherry picker or similar equipment required.Familiarity with warehouse operations and RF scanning technology.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights (up to 10 feet).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if required.Current certification for operating powered industrial trucks (PIT). (preferred)Previous experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment. (preferred)

- Observe and follow health and safety regulations Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and proceduresMaintain detailed records of safety incidentsAssign designated safety personnelMaintain warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
