Account Executive

Crestfield Talent is seeking a motivated Account Executive to develop new business opportunities, build client relationships, and manage sales activity from initial outreach through follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective business clients by phone and email
• Manage new leads and sales opportunities
• Conduct discovery calls and follow-up conversations
• Present services and solutions based on client needs
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity records in CRM systems
• Track pipeline activity and pending follow-up tasks
• Build and maintain professional client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams on account needs
• Work toward individual and team sales targets
