Job Description

CDR ProSource is seeking a reliable and experienced Brake Press Operator to join a well-established metal fabrication company in Three Rivers, MI. This is a full-time, opportunity offering steady hours, a four-day work week, and opportunities for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up brake press machinery to bend and form metal components.
Read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, and work orders.
Measure and inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized.
Safely lift, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs.
Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

At least 2 years of brake press or metal fabrication experience required.
Must have hands-on experience bending and forming metal.
Brake press experience outside of the RV industry is required.
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
