Case Opening Representative
Position Details:
Pay: $18-$20/hr
Schedule: 8AM-5PM
Location: King of Prussia
We are hiring a Case Opening Representative to join a nationally recognized records and document services organization. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, administrative support, records management, call center operations, or document processing who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Open and process new client requests
- Prepare required documentation and authorizations
- Manage records requests and case setup
- Communicate with clients regarding missing information and documentation
- Resolve account and processing issues
- Maintain accurate electronic records
- Manage multiple cases and priorities while meeting deadlines
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service, administrative, call center, collections, records, or processing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and staying productive with limited supervision
