Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to ER patients, including initial assessment, triage support, and ongoing monitoring.
- Administer medications, therapies, and interventions within scope of practice; respond to rapid changes in patient condition.
- Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses accurately in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and the wider care team to coordinate timely, safe patient care.
- Support patient and family education, discharge planning, and appropriate referrals as needed.
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to clinical protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Emergency Department nursing experience or equivalent clinical exposure in a high-acuity setting
- Ability to work nights and the specified 12-hour shift schedule (36 hours per week)
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Travel assignment readiness for a 13-week duration
