Hybrid Corporate Associate Qualifications
- 3–6 years corporate law firm experience focused on M&A, venture capital financings, and emerging growth companies (6+ years considered with clear transition narrative).
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; licensed in any US state and willing to become licensed in North Carolina.
- Real deal experience with hands-on proficiency in capitalization table software (Carta), SAFE financings, M&A execution, and direct client governance counseling.
