Partnerships Coordinator

Crestfield Talent is seeking an organized and relationship-focused Partnerships Coordinator to support external business relationships, partner communication, and day-to-day partnership initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support communication with business partners and external contacts
• Coordinate partnership meetings, calls, and follow-up activities
• Maintain accurate partner records and CRM information
• Track deadlines, open requests, and partnership-related tasks
• Prepare presentations, documents, and meeting materials
• Coordinate partner needs with internal departments
• Assist with onboarding new business partners
• Maintain organized records of partnership activity
• Support ongoing relationship and account initiatives
