Job Description
A growing nationwide insurance brokerage is hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join its Scottsdale, Arizona team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in sales, insurance, inside sales, customer service, or business development.
You do not need previous insurance experience.
You’ll receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and the opportunity to progress toward becoming a licensed insurance agent, potentially within approximately six months.
Best of all, this is not a traditional cold-calling role.
You’ll primarily speak with warm, partner-generated leads who have been referred through mortgage companies, real estate professionals, and other business partners and are already reviewing their home, auto, or personal insurance needs.

What You’ll DoAs a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective insurance customers.
You will:
Contact warm inbound and partner-generated leads by phone, text, and email
Speak with prospective customers about their home, auto, and personal insurance needs
Ask qualifying questions to understand customer needs, timing, and interest
Identify qualified opportunities and connect customers with licensed insurance agents
Follow up with leads who are interested but not yet ready to move forward
Build positive relationships and provide a helpful, professional customer experience
Maintain accurate lead notes, activities, and follow-ups within the CRM
Work toward daily activity, appointment, and performance goals
Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings
Develop the skills needed to advance into an Insurance Agent / Insurance Sales Agent position

Compensation$21 per hour + performance-based incentives

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Candidates should be comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with the sales and insurance teams.
