Job Details

• Position Description: Responsible for overseeing physical therapy services, supervising department operations, and ensuring effective treatment delivery. Maintains performance improvement activities and participates in continuous quality improvement activities. Assists in budget formulation, department performance evaluation, and charge review processes.
• Required Qualifications: Current licensure or certification as a physical therapist, valid California license, minimum of 3 years of experience preferred, knowledge of physical therapy modalities, anatomy and physiology, disease processes, infection control, sterile techniques, and current BCLS certification.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
