Take Your CT Career to a Level I Trauma Center
We're seeking an experienced CT Technologist for an exciting opportunity at a busy Level I Trauma Center serving emergency, inpatient, trauma, and pediatric populations. This assignment offers exposure to high-acuity cases, advanced CT technology, and the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled imaging team.
If you're confident performing trauma studies, contrast-enhanced imaging, and working in fast-paced hospital environments, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your skills while earning a highly competitive travel package.
What You'll Do
- Perform high-quality CT examinations on emergency, inpatient, trauma, and outpatient populations
- Administer contrast media and operate power injectors safely and accurately
- Review imaging orders and select appropriate scanning protocols
- Assist with trauma imaging and emergent diagnostic studies
- Evaluate image quality and ensure optimal diagnostic outcomes
- Collaborate closely with radiologists, emergency physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Document procedures and patient information accurately within EPIC
- Follow radiation safety standards and department protocols
- Float to pediatric settings as needed

Requirements
β ARRT (R)(CT) Certification Required
β Active Rhode Island License Required
β Current BLS Certification
β Minimum 2 Years of Recent CT Experience
β Trauma and Emergency Department CT experience required
β Contrast administration experience required
β Experience with Siemens CT scanners preferred
β Experience with GE equipment and GE PACS preferred
β EPIC experience required
β Knowledge of Medrad injectors preferred
β Experience performing trauma studies required
β Must be comfortable scanning pediatric and adult patients
β Must be willing to float to Hasbro Children's Hospital as needed
β COVID Vaccination Required
β Flu Vaccination Required (No Exemptions)
