🩻 Travel CT Technologist – Nights

📍 Location: Nashua, New Hampshire
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
🌙 Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
⏱️ Hours: 36 Hours/Week

We're seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. The technologist will independently perform advanced CT procedures in a fast-paced diagnostic imaging environment while maintaining patient safety, image quality, and radiation safety standards.

✅ Requirements
Active New Hampshire Imaging License
Minimum 3 years of CT Technologist experience
Current ARRT Certification
ARRT(CT) Certification or CT Registry eligibility
Current BLS Certification
Experience performing diagnostic CT procedures
Knowledge of CT software and imaging protocols
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of ALARA radiation safety principles

🩻 Clinical Experience
Perform CT examinations according to radiologist and departmental protocols
Perform CT Angiography and advanced 3D reconstructions
Assist radiologists during interventional CT procedures
Administer IV, oral, and rectal contrast as appropriate
Prepare, position, and instruct patients throughout examinations
Review IV contrast questionnaires and relevant patient history
Identify anatomy, pathology, and contrast enhancement on cross-sectional imaging
Review images in PACS for completeness before submission to radiologists
Operate and troubleshoot CT equipment as needed
Perform daily CT quality assurance and equipment warm-up procedures
Apply ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure
Complete accurate documentation using EPIC
Maintain CT equipment, supplies, and a clean, organized work area
Prioritize emergency department and inpatient imaging needs
Follow patient safety, HIPAA, infection control, and departmental standards

📌 Assignment Highlights
36 hours per week
12-hour night shifts
Minimal holiday coverage required
Backup call required
Experience with GE and Siemens CT equipment preferred
McKesson Change Healthcare/PACS experience preferred
Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13-week contract
