- Call: 1 late call/week (5:30 PM–7:30 PM), 1 overnight call/week (5:30 PM–7:00 AM), plus 1–2 call weekends per 6-week schedule
- Experience: 1 year listed; Tier 3 notes 2 years specialty experience unless otherwise specified
- Required: ARRT/RT or RTRCI, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, Epic, McKesson
- License: KY radiation license required before start; pending license accepted at submission
- RTO: Must be provided at submission
- Local rule: No candidates within 75 miles
- Trauma: Level I preferred
- Skills: Cardiac cath, PCI/PTCA, left/right heart cath, hemodynamic monitoring, TAVR, Watchman, Impella, ECMO, pacemakers, structural/pediatric/congenital procedures
- Other: PALS can be obtained before start; EKG onboarding and Cath Lab competency exams required
- References: At least 1 required at submission
- Previous UK staff: Must disclose prior work with UK and verify rehire eligibility
- Floating: May float within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate
