Needs assistance transferring in and out of bed, into wheelchair, changings About the care needs: Someone who is strong and has experience with changings after urine or bowel movements. Assistance with lifting. Patient is 120 pounds Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
