Childcare Needed - Now Hiring

Our family is seeking an experienced, certified, and deeply empathetic Pediatric Sleep Consultant or baby Care Specialist to help us sleep train our wonderful 5-month-old baby girl. We have been trapped in a severe sleep regression loop for over a month. Currently, our daughter experiences frequent overnight wake ups , every 40 minutes to a hour. She currently has a sleep dependency on bounce-ball. We are looking for a professional to step in, evaluate our current schedule, and implement a gentle but structured, consistent mattress-based sleep training plan.
