Babysitter Needed for my Children

We're looking for a warm, reliable nanny to become our family's go-to caregiver for our infant son. Care would be occasional and flexible, typically a few times per month for several hours, evenings, weekends, or occasional full days. We may also need help for consecutive days when daycare is closed or unavailable. We're hoping to build a long-term relationship with one trusted person who gets to know our son and our family. We'd always coordinate the schedule in advance based on mutual availability.
