Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

We would like to find someone to watch our 7-month-old a couple days a week. We would ask that the caregiver come to our home and care for her while we are working from home. Either my fianc or myself will be home on those days but could use help caring for her while we work. Our ideal shift for the caregiver is from 7 a.m. - 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. - 4 p.m. She is crawling, pulling herself up on things, eating foods (mostly mashed or soft foods), starting to babble, and very full of energy for a 7-month-old. She has troubles napping sometimes but typically naps twice a day. She is a happy baby just doesnt want to nap sometimes. Thank you for your support!
