Marketing Production Compliance Specialist

Location: Fully remote in the US, must be flexible to work varying timezone hoursType: 6 month contract with potential for extensionCompensation Range: $45-$50/hr W2Our financial services client is seeking an experienced Production Compliance Specialist to support the creation, maintenance, quality assurance, and distribution of investment product collateral.This role is responsible for ensuring financial marketing materials-such as pitch books, fact sheets, flyers, performance commentaries, and guidebooks-are accurate, compliant with regulatory standards, and aligned with the client's brand identity. Responsibilities:Marketing Production & Collateral ManagementProduce and maintain high-quality financial product collateral, including pitch books, product fact sheets, flyers, investment capability decks, performance matrices, and guidebooks.Ensure all marketing materials reflect up-to-date, accurate, and compliant investment content and performance data.Manage regular update schedules for existing collateral to preserve currency and regulatory compliance.Quality Assurance & Data ValidationPerform thorough cross-validation of automated financial data inputs to verify accuracy across all deliverables.Incorporate real-time error detection techniques, conduct comprehensive data quality checks, and participate in regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.Coordinate review cycles with compliance, legal, and subject-matter experts to secure formal approvals.Process Optimization & AutomationIdentify and drive process improvements across data intake, reporting, and collateral production workflows.Collaborate on initiatives to enhance workflow scalability, consistency, and automation across marketing production activities.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with internal marketing teams, product experts, and compliance officers to meet delivery timelines.Provide continuous status tracking, flag operational risks or data discrepancies early, and ensure transparent communication throughout the production lifecycle. Qualifications:Proven track record in financial services marketing production, collateral management, or investment reporting.Deep familiarization with financial product structures and investment communication guidelines.Hands-on experience with Morningstar Direct and Seismic.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).JOBID: JN -102026-163659#LI-CELLA#LI-MN1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
