Machine Operator 3rd Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Manufacturing Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Lincoln, NH
Shift: Monday - Saturday 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Pay Range: $23.69/hour

What's the Job?

• Operate press production, braid winding, lathe, crimping, and other manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, manufacturing drawings, bills of materials, and written instructions.
• Perform quality inspections, identify defects, and accurately record production and scrap counts.
• Adjust machine settings, troubleshoot basic production issues, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Utilize hand tools and maintain inventory at workstations while supporting production goals.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous machine operator experience preferred.
• Ability to read tape measures and use measuring devices accurately.
• Basic math, reading, and English communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., perform repetitive tasks, and use basic hand tools in a manufacturing environment.
