Lab Technician - Now Hiring

The Lab Technician will work with a fume hood to mix chemicals for titration tests and will pull samples from the CNC machine to test for quality in the lab. The role requires handling of ERP systems and proficiency in Word and Excel.

• Mix chemicals for titration tests using a fume hood.
• Pull samples from the CNC machine for quality testing in the lab.
• Use ERP systems for data entry and analysis.
• Utilize Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
• Assist in quality assurance and control processes.
• Help fill schedule gaps when other lab technicians are absent.

• Basic chemistry knowledge from college classes or work experience.
• Experience with quality assurance and control.
• Proficiency in using computer applications such as Word and Excel.

• Experience with chemical mixing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Ability to adapt to schedule changes and work night shifts.

The work environment includes a hot, dirty, and loud manufacturing floor where samples are collected, and a climate-controlled, clean lab. The position requires working night shifts from 5 PM to 5 AM, three to four days a week, with training on the first shift for a few weeks. Employees enjoy monthly lunches provided by the company.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
