Quality Intake Inspection Clerk – $25/Hour 

Location: Indianapolis, IN 
Pay: $25.00 per hour 
Openings: 2 — one on each schedule below 

Available Shifts: 

• First Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM 
• Later First Shift: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM 

About the Company 

An Indianapolis manufacturing company is seeking two Quality Intake Inspection Clerks to support its Quality Department. This opportunity combines manufacturing knowledge with computer work, documentation, and attention to detail. The department anticipates an ongoing need for these positions. 

Position Summary 

The Quality Intake Inspection Clerk supports the intake inspection process by reviewing information, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with quality documentation. Candidates with assembly or machine shop experience and a basic understanding of blueprints are encouraged to apply. 

What You’ll Do 

• Support intake inspection activities within the Quality Department. 
• Enter and update inspection information and maintain accurate records. 
• Review manufacturing documentation and basic blueprints as needed. 
• Use Microsoft Office and Excel to organize information and complete data entry. 
• Communicate discrepancies or missing information to the appropriate team members. 
• Help keep inspection paperwork and electronic records organized. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Manufacturing experience, preferably in assembly or a machine shop environment. 
• Basic blueprint understanding. 
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and accurate data entry. 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow established procedures. 
• SAP experience is a plus.
