Warehouse Shipping Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. Candidates must have previous forklift experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment. This role is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products are moved safely throughout the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift
• Prepare and package outgoing orders for shipment
• Accurately complete shipping and receiving paperwork
• Organize inventory and maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems as needed
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

Requirements

• Previous Shipping & Receiving experience preferred
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and attendance
