Store Manager

We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee and coordinate a small retail sales team specializing in flooring products, countertops, and remodeling services. Reporting to the Owner, this role combines team leadership, sales, inventory management, estimating, and measuring to support efficient store operations and business growth, with opportunities to take on expanded operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small retail sales team.
• Manage inventory and monitor product availability.
• Prepare estimates and perform accurate measurements.
• Drive sales of flooring products, countertops, and remodeling solutions.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints and support positive customer experiences.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the flooring industry.
• Experience in retail operations, inventory management, or customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
