Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse provides safe, compassionate care to adult medical-surgical patients and a mixed patient population in an outpatient clinic setting. Reporting to the nurse manager and managing a typical 1:1 to assignment, the nurse supports patient care through assessment, treatment, education, monitoring, and timely clinical response.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and identify care needs.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Monitor patients and recognize changes in clinical status.
• Educate patients about care, treatment, and health management.
• Document patient information and clinical care accurately.
• Support prescribed treatments and care plans.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and escalating patient needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in registered nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Patient assessment and medication administration skills.
• Experience with care planning, clinical documentation, and infection control.
• Strong critical-thinking, communication, and team-collaboration skills.
